The creamy BL Cream Remover remains on the extension to which they are applied without any leakage. BL Cream Remover Double Plus offers the safest and most effective way to remove eyelash extensions with minimal irritation within 2-3 minutes. The thick and creamy texture of the acetone-free Cream Remover Double Plus allows the extension remover to sit on the lashes without running into the eyes. Since these cream removers contain oil, they are suitable for removing an entire set of lash extensions and make for speedy, effective removal of extensions. 

1. Close the lid tightly after use. Eyelash adhesive removers are solvents that begin to deteriorate upon exposure to air.
2. DO NOT USE lash extension remover on yourself. Professional eyelash extension remover is formulated with very strong glue-dissolving materials, and it can be hazardous if it gets into your eyes. This product should only be used by certified professionals.
3. Avoid any skin contact. If the remover touches the skin, wipe it off right away and rinse the skin with a moistened cotton swab.
4. If the remover enters the eyes, rinse them with running water. Seek urgent medical help afterward.
5. In rare cases, due to their solvent nature, eyelash extension removers can cause the air in the container to expand. This won?™t affect the quality of the product, but be aware that a large amount of remover could be discharged when you open the cap.

Expiry: 30 months before opening and 6 months after opening the remover bottle.

1. Squeeze a small amount of cream remover double plus and apply it to the glue area of the single volume fan or classic extension you want to remove.
2. Leave it on for 3 minutes and wipe off with swabs or tweezers. If needed, keep the remover for an extra few minutes. Constantly rubbing or fiddling with the extensions right after applying the remover may cause a Blanching effect.
3. After the removal, cleanse the remover from the natural lashes thoroughly before applying any liquid (water, lash bath) to the lashes. Any remaining remover on the lashes can cause a Blanching effect, irritate eyes, or affect the retention of your next set.
4. If you wish to continue the application of extensions in this area, make sure to thoroughly clean any traces of remover, and then reapply lash shampoo and lash extension primer before lash extension application.

Import Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse are delivered domestically within the United States.

Therefore, no import duties or customs clearance fees apply to these shipments.

Please note that local sales tax may apply depending on your state and will be calculated at checkout if applicable. 

My order was delivered to a wrong address.

If your order was delivered to an incorrect address due to an error on our part or by the shipping carrier, we will promptly arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

If the incorrect address was provided by the customer during checkout, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

I ordered wrong products. What do I do?

If you found out you ordered the wrong product BEFORE your order is shipped (before you receive your shipping confirmation email with tracking number), you can go to My Account and edit your own order. 

However, once the goods have been shipped already, it's not possible to change your order from our end. Please contact our team at info@bllashes.com once you receive the package so you can arrange return delivery immediately. 

If you've ordered products in error and wish to return them, please ensure they are unopened, unused, in perfect condition, and returned within 30 days of the original delivery. In such cases, we may offer a refund for the unwanted product.

However, keep in mind that you will be responsible for the delivery charge and Glue is not the subject of a return due to its short shelf date which is 3 months.

I received a wrong product.

If you receive the wrong products, please contact us within 14 days after the products are delivered to you. We will send you the replacement (your original order) ASAP at our cost.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of returning the products to us unless it was the wrong or defected product delivered. All returned items will be tested upon receipt. Any item found damaged or defective will not be subject of return or exchange in credit.

Damaged / Missing Merchandise:

Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe that an item is damaged/missing, please notify us via email within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the product. It may be necessary for us to contact the courier company for damage inspection and open a claim. All original packing materials must be kept for claim purposes. In all cases, the damaged merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials. BL Lashes reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products. No return will be accepted without prior authorization from Customer Service.
