Our office, Production and Shipping Department
The highest hygiene standards for our employees, warehouses, products, and tools are and will always be a top priority. All employees have been trained to uphold and practice these measures, and we are closely following the guidance from the WHO, MOH(Ministry of Health), local governments and public health agencies. Our production and shipping department will remain open with a full staff. Our goal is to continue to support our business owners and lash artists with reliable supply and safest standards possible.
Inventory & Supplies
We are currently well stocked and able to process and ship your orders. However, we do suggest that our artists plan to order lash supplies in advance. BL Lashes works with many material suppliers across the world. Although we currently have a healthy supply of inventory, impacts to any of our material supplier may cause a delay in our future production and shipments. We recommend that you stay proactive and place orders earlier than usual to ensure that you do not run out of supplies.

Is BL Lashes planning to shutdown any department?
As of now, our office, warehouse, and shipping department is open and fully operating. We are closely following restrictions from the Governor of Korea and the Ministry of Health. We are aware of possible business shutdown in case of infection case is detected within our staff members. We will certainly let our clients know 48 hours prior to closing our warehouse if this ever happens.
Will shipping times be delayed?
In order to meet your expectations, we are currently still operating with 100% staff capacity. Fulfillment and dispatch will not take longer than normal processing times (estimated order processing is currently 24-48 hours).
However, we believe the current situation may cause a delay in the shipment stage of delivery. DHL is currently delivering packages as normal with no delays. We will provide you with an update if delivery times are expected to be delayed.
All packages requested to be delivered via EMS will experience a delay of 2-5 business days. At this time, we recommend that you choose DHL delivery options for a faster and more reliable delivery option.
Tips for your salon safety
- Limit access to healthy clients only: anyone showing signs of sickness should not be permitted in your shop. Informing this to your clients in advance on your Instagram, website and the entrance of your salon is a great idea.
- Request your clients to wear a mask during the visit. (Also you should be wearing a mask at all time)
- Limit the number of people in your studio.
- Deep clean your area and tools between each client.
- Use disposable pillow cover for your clients and change between each client.
- Change gloves and wash your hands with soap in between each client.
- If you are feeling sick, take the time you need to recover and stay home.
- Ventilate your studio frequently.
Our online store is currently operating as usual, with high safety measures being taken at our warehouse. We will continue to send updates as the situation evolves and more information becomes available.
